Alerts are not firing
If you’re not receiving alerts, check the following:- The bot has Send Messages and Embed Links permissions in the channel
- The
/add-*command was run in the correct channel - The tracked creator is public and eligible for alerts
- Your server has not reached its tracking limit
Alerts are always sent to the channel where the tracking command was used.
I added a creator but nothing happened
This is expected behaviour until one of the following occurs:- The creator goes LIVE (Twitch, Kick, TikTok)
- The creator uploads content (YouTube)
Role mentions are missing
If role pings do not appear in alerts:- Ensure the role is marked as mentionable
- OR ensure the bot has Mention Everyone permission
Alerts will still be posted even if the role mention fails.
Command does not appear in Discord
If a slash command is missing:- Make sure the bot is fully invited to the server
- Check the bot has permission to read and send messages
- Try refreshing Discord (
Ctrl + Ror restart the app)
/help appears, the bot is responding correctly.
